Set within a landscape of rare beauty, among gentle rolling hills, olive trees and skies set ablaze at sunset, our craft brewery was born as a meeting point between nature, time and fermentation. A place to reach, experience and remember.

Our beers come to life from barley grown directly in our own fields — a deep connection to the land that surrounds us and defines the identity of every brew. We produce craft beers in a wide range of styles, with a strong focus on barrel-aged beers, where wood converses with time and transforms each beer into a unique experience. Every release tells a different story, shaped by research, patience and continuous experimentation.

The brewery is also a place to be lived. Our taproom welcomes enthusiasts and curious visitors alike for tastings, moments of sharing and discovery. Here you can enjoy our beers on tap or in bottles, purchase directly from the producer, and take in the surrounding landscape — especially at sunset, when warm light envelops the countryside and makes every sip even more special.
